My journey into personal growth and inner exploration began over 25 years ago through meditation, mindfulness, universal principles, and deep self-reflection.
Like many women, I learned early how to adapt, impress, and accommodate others. At times I stayed quiet out of fear; at other times I spoke up from frustration. Over time, I realised I wasn't living from clarity or self-trust, but navigating life through obligation and expectation.
Through years of inner work, I didn't feel like I returned to an old version of myself. Instead, I became a version of myself I genuinely liked—more grounded, self-aware, and clear in my boundaries.
